Hungry Bug — Shipping Policy
Operated by Wira Group AB (trading as Hungry Bug), Torshamnsgatan 27, Kista, Sweden. Delivery estimates below are placeholders based on typical fulfillment-network timelines.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. This is separate from shipping time below — a 7-day shipping estimate means 7 days after processing, not 7 days after you order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, peak seasons, weather, and carrier delays can extend delivery beyond the stated window.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/contents.
Multiple items, multiple packages
Some orders contain items fulfilled from different warehouses. If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages, on different days, each with its own tracking number — this is normal and doesn't mean part of your order was lost.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, usually within 24 hours of dispatch. Tracking updates can take a day or two to first appear once the package enters the carrier's system — this is normal for international shipments and not a sign of a problem.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Depending on your country and order value, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or a customs handling fee charged on delivery, separate from what you paid at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless we've explicitly stated the price is duty-paid at checkout. We can't predict the exact amount, as it's set by your country's customs authority, not by us.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address provided and can't be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; we can only amend it if the order hasn't already been dispatched.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window closing, contact us at info@wiragroup.se with your order number and we'll track it down, send a replacement, or refund you — see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
